Since all products are made to order, we would like to clarify the following policy:
First: Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and the tailoring process has begun.
Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been made, and this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed.
The store reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Payment failed or declined.
Incorrect information provided or inability to contact the customer.
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe.
Unavailability of the product or the necessary materials.
If an order is canceled for any of the above reasons, the customer will receive a full refund.
Second: Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
The following cases are excluded:
An error on our part in the product (e.g., incorrect color, incorrect size, or embroidery different from the order).
A manufacturing defect or damage to the product.
In these cases:
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order.
The store will bear all shipping and return costs.
Third: General Conditions for Order Acceptance
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
Clear photos showing the error or defect must be attached.
The order number must be provided when contacting customer service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet the above conditions.
Fourth: Refunds
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method.
The refund process may take (5 to 14) business days depending on the payment method.
"International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility upon delivery."
